1. Make dough first.Add sugar and yeast in a warm water.cover for 10 minutes..
2. After 10 minutes take 2 cup maida (flour)in a bowl add salt mix well.now add yeast mix warm water.mix and Knead.when a soft dough form.add some oil cover and rest for 2 hours.put in warm place..
3. Marinate chicken with all spices and 2 pinch of origano with lemone juice and ginger garlic paste.let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. After 2 hours dough will get double in size Knead for 2 minute.make round pizza crust.let it rest for 10 minutes..
5. Now in a pan add 2 tsp oil,add marinated chicken.cook for 6 to 8 minutes until done.or cooked well..
6. Now add pizza sauce,add grated pizza cheese,add chicken,add cheese again add capsicum tomato onion green chillies.sprinkle some mix herbs (optional).
7. Pre heat oven for 10 minutes on 180 c.
8. Add pizza in pre heated oven for 25 minutes on 180 c.
